Built an operational model to forecast capacity planning based on workflows and activities that impact the number of full-time equivalents required to resolve current and expected caseloads.
The resources for the regulatory division were in the process of being wound down and management needed to understand the tail of requirements for the team to resolve the cases over the projected months ahead.
In addition, modelling the resolution time frames of outstanding workload for a division was being transformed.
Telco business
The project required that we build from scratch (no existing reporting system existed only data dumps) an operational data reconciliation and reporting dashboards.
The metrics and tools focused on billing and service provisioning across their largest 5 corporate customers.
The purpose of the tool was to design an operational management and reporting process by which issues could be identified and remediated quicker without investing significantly in a major technology transformation.
Senior management was then able to see whether the resolution of matters was improving resulting in the recovery of unbilled and refunding of overbilled corporate customers.
Major Supermarket Chain
The project required that we replace a complex web of Excel spreadsheets that were error-ridden and inefficient, not to mention key person dependent.
We created a highly automated and connected reporting capability for the HR analytics team that removed the dependency on spreadsheets and replaced this with a database.
The data could then be visualised in Power BI which enabled a highly interactive customer experience and democratised the analytics amongst the team and users of the information.
Extremely relevant was the insight provided during the COVID-19 pandemic impacting the supermarket group
