What we did for Tacklit
- Act as Tacklit’s data-driven outsourced CFO & FP&A function across the group’s four entities (Australia, Group, UK and Malaysia), delivering bookkeeping, financial control and commercial insight.
- Redesigned and rebuilt the invoicing and collections process to remove a major bottleneck — fixing delayed billing and deferred-revenue leakage and improving cash flow.
- Introduced automated management reporting, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting, plus a 3-way and cash-flow scenario model, giving leadership a clear view of both SaaS and financial performance for venture debt providers.
- Led compliance oversight, including tax and a group transfer-pricing policy.
