Who are these programmes for?

What does it cost?
Foundation from $750 + GST, 1-on-1 coaching from $1,250 + GST for three 45-minute sessions, a full-day team workshop at $3,000 + GST, and the bespoke 8-week team transformation from $22,000 + GST. Prices are fixed before we start.
How much of my time does this actually take?
Foundation is three hours. The 1-on-1 programme is three 45-minute sessions spread over a few weeks, so roughly two and a half hours of your calendar in total. Team programmes are scheduled around your operating rhythm.
What is the OMV framework?
OMV structures every session around one rhythm lock in the Objective, connect it to your Motivation, and leave with real Value, such as a prompt, workflow or document you can use the next day.
Is this generic AI training?
No. Every session is hands-on and built on your real work and documents. You leave with working workflows, a custom prompt library and a personal AI playbook, not slide decks.

What happens to our data and documents?
We work inside your environment wherever possible, under confidentiality. Your files are used to build your workflows and nothing more they are never used to train anything.
The programmes are built on Claude because it is the strongest tool for this work today, and the workflows you build are portable. If your organisation is standardised on something else, tell us on the call and we will say honestly whether the fit still works.
What happens after the programme ends?
You keep everything prompt library, playbook, workflows. Most leaders either step up a level or bring their team through next. There is no ongoing fee and no lock-in
