What we did in the sector
- Created financial models for the various property assets that facilitated the negotiations of favourable debt terms for the projects.
- Provided equity investors with the understanding of their returns and their risks associated with the investments being made.
- Enabled the tracking of actual cash flows from those projected when the feasibility was first approved.
- Assisted in international expansion outside Australia for the property group based on their existing Australian assets
- Assisted the property management team to upskill in property investments and funding so that they could have a better understanding on the broader context of property acquisition, development and sale over the life of the asset and through time.
